You can choose to use one of the 4 international airports to get to Corsica. Two are located in the north of the island (Calvi and Bastia) and two are in the south (Ajaccio and Figari).

coming by ferry

You can choose to come by ferry to Corsica. The island has daily connection to France (Marseille, Toulon and Nice), Italy (Savone, Genova, Livorno and Piombino). Corsica is also connected to Sardinia (4 boats a day from Bonifacio to Santa Teresa) and to Barcelona.

train connection on the island

Within Corsica you can travel by the local train. It is one of the most atypical railways in Europe reaching more than 1000m elevation in the middle of the island at Vizzavona. The train connects the city of Ajaccio with Corte, Bastia and Calvi.
