OBJECTIVOS Y CONTENIDO DE EL CURSO
Este diploma profesional está destinado a kayakistas confirmados que ya posean el BCU3 o equivalente y que deseen validar su experiencia como guía convirtiéndose en Líder Seakayak.
Diploma vale por toda la vida y es reconocido en todo el mundo.
Diploma que reconoce al candidato como profesional de kayak y está legalmente autorizado para supervisar a las personas durante los viajes en kayak de mar por una tarifa.
El candidato tiene que supervisar un grupo de kayakistas (nivel BCU3) en mares con olas de hasta 1,50 m de altura y con vientos de fuerza 4 a 5 Beaufort.
Tendrás que saber elegir la ruta más adecuada, regular el programa de navegación y velar por la seguridad del grupo.
PROGRAMA DE EL CURSO
El programa enseñado durante el curso puede ser todo en castellano, en inglés o una mezcla de los idiomas depende del deseo del candidato.
DIA 1 : ENTRENAMIENTO

Auto rescate & roll en condiciones.
Liderazgo (1/2)
Juicio y Toma de Decisiones.
Estilos de liderazgo y comportamiento.
Manejo de incidentes (1/2)
Distintas maneras de rescates dependen de las condiciones.

DESCRIPTION TECHNICA DE EL DIPLOMA
The Paddle UK Leadership Awards are designed to support leaders to run safe and enjoyable trips based on their group’s needs and aspirations. The Sea Kayak Leader assessment will assess your ability to lead paddlers during a journey in moderate sea conditions. The candidates will be asked to plan and lead a trip depending on the weather condition and their group skills.
During this course you will have opportunity to practise your leadership, personal paddling and rescue skills, and your knowledge and communication.
We will brief and debrief each day at our warm and fully equipped bungalow with a welcoming cup of coffee or tea and free Wi-Fi to source our weather forecasts, you can check the assessment guidance here.
